3. Payments & Cancellations
Project fees are specified on a case-by-case basis. An upfront deposit may be required prior to the commencement of work. Requests for cancellation, amendments, or rescheduling of services will be subject to the terms outlined in your specific agreement with us.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rostneo World’s liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services shall be strictly limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service rendered. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing any legal remedies through the competent courts of jurisdiction.
